Dancers should wear something comfortable that they can move in.Beyond physical movement, our classes offer a sanctuary where you can build meaningful connections with fellow dancers who share your passion for self-expression. Here, there’s no pressure to conform – only encouragement to explore, grow, and move in ways that feel authentic to you.

Flexible payment options for our Adult Dance Classes:
MONTHLY DANCE TUITION – Register for one of our Adult dance classes, and you can pay for your season fees in 9 Equal Monthly payments of $61.06 (HST included) October-June, rather than owing the full tuition fees at time of enrollment! Tuition listed below is the monthly tuition amount, and Monday classes receive discounted pricing since we are closed on all Statutory Holidays). Select your class below, click on the Register button, then select Register. Plese note: Our Adult classes do not include a costume fee, dancers wishing to participate in the annual recital will be billed for their recital costume separately.
ADULT CLASS PASS 10 PACK – Can be used to attend any of the dance classes offered for our Adult programming. Come to only the dance classes that suit your schedule! 10 pack for $187 + HST.
DROP-IN – We also offer dancers the opportunity to drop in and pay only for when they are able to attend. Select your class below, click on the Register button, then select Drop in Dates. 60-min class Drop in Fee $22 + tax ($24.86)

Ready for a new type of Adult Fitness and Dance program in Hamilton, Ontario?
What better way to get into shape than by dancing, doing fitness and following great nutrition plans. All of our StudioFit members get access to all of the Adult fitness and dance classes as well as detailed food plans. Our classes benefit students regardless of level, age or experience/ability since our focus is on Fun, Friendships and Fitness! You can do this, and you are worth spending the time and energy on yourself!

StudioFit runs from November 1, 2024 through June 14, 2025 and for only $150 per month + HST you can take unlimited Adult classes (that’s a $256.18 savings!!) Tuition is billed in 8-Equal Monthly Payments on the 1st of each month October through June.
