Sarah is a dynamic dance artist and educator, whose passion and expertise light up every studio and stage she graces. As an Associate of the Cecchetti Society of Canada (ADCC-CICB) and a certified instructor in Conditioning with Imagery and the Progressing Ballet Technique Syllabus, Sarah’s dedication to her craft is unparalleled. Her extensive work across Ontario’s top studios and her continuous pursuit of dance education have equipped her with a keen insight into the developmental needs of young dancers, ensuring they progress safely and effectively.

With an Honours Degree in Dance from York University, Sarah’s exposure to diverse ballet and modern styles has honed her critical eye for technique, making her an invaluable mentor and instructor. Her artistic journey spans numerous films, television programs, and music videos, where she has shone as a featured performer, extra, and most recently, an assistant choreographer. Sarah’s passion for live performance continues to thrive as she frequently graces the stage.

A key figure in the #IAmStillAnArtist Project by Industry HamOnt, Sarah embodies the resilience and creativity of artists in the post-pandemic era. Her award-winning choreography has captivated audiences across various studios and schools in the Greater Hamilton/Toronto area, where she serves as full-time faculty and guest competitive choreographer. Beyond the studio, Sarah is a vital force behind the scenes, taking on roles such as Project Manager, Assistant Choreographer, and Adjudicator in competitions and productions nationwide.

Sarah’s holistic approach to dance education emphasizes the growth of the dancer as an artist, fostering a deep connection between technical proficiency and artistic expression. She is committed to helping each dancer reach their full potential, both in the studio and on stage, creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for all.
